These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by 905 Appliance Repair (“we”, “us”, “our”) and any appliance repair, installation, or maintenance services we provide. By using our website, requesting service, or accepting a repair from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
905 Appliance Repair provides residential and commercial appliance repair services across the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Milton, and surrounding communities. Service availability outside our standard coverage area is at our discretion and may include additional travel charges, which will be disclosed before any work begins.
We repair, service, and maintain household and commercial appliances including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, cooktops, and related kitchen and laundry equipment. We service all major brands. We do not sell new appliances. All repair work is performed by certified, insured technicians using manufacturer-approved or equivalent quality replacement parts.
Service appointments can be booked by phone, online form, or email. We aim to provide same-day or next-day service when our schedule allows, but specific appointment times are not guaranteed. We will communicate any scheduling changes as quickly as possible. You agree to provide accurate contact information and reasonable access to the appliance being serviced.
Our service call fee is waived when a repair is booked and completed. If you decline the recommended repair after diagnosis, a diagnostic fee may apply, which will be disclosed before our technician begins work. Repair estimates are provided after on-site diagnosis. We will not perform additional work beyond the agreed estimate without your prior approval.
Payment is due in full upon completion of the repair, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, debit, major credit cards, and e-transfer. Commercial clients may request invoicing terms in advance. Outstanding balances may be subject to late fees and collection action. All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
All repairs performed by 905 Appliance Repair are covered by our 90-day warranty on parts and labour, beginning on the date the repair is completed. The warranty covers the specific repair performed and parts installed by us. It does not cover unrelated faults, damage caused by misuse, power surges, improper installation by third parties, or normal wear and tear. Full warranty terms are available on our Warranty page.
We understand schedules change. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge with at least three business hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment window. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a $125 CAD late cancellation fee to cover technician time and travel. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the appliance and to ensure pets and small children are kept clear of the work area during the service visit. You confirm that you own the appliance or are authorized to request service on it. You are responsible for backing up or removing perishable items from refrigerators or freezers prior to extended repair work where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 905 Appliance Repair is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages including but not limited to spoiled food, loss of business, or inconvenience arising from appliance failure or repair delays. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific repair giving rise to the claim.
Information you provide when booking or paying for service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Service notes, photos taken on-site for diagnostic purposes, and invoice records may be retained for warranty and business record-keeping.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ontario courts. We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on our website and applies to all services booked after its posting date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
